Quiet Quality: The DVI Way
Trust, respect, and integrity are at the core of DVI’s approach to investment management and client service. For almost 50 years, DVI’s track record of success has been accomplished through our adherence to these values and our team-based approach. Former interns say that the DVI workplace culture made them feel valued and appreciated. They felt empowered to take intellectual risks, and they returned to their advanced-level college courses with confidence. By the time they graduate, most DVI interns have secured a full-time position in the investment management or wealth management industries, including some who have returned to DVI as full-time Associates.
Because a DVI internship is an exceptional opportunity, we are looking for exceptional applicants. Applicants should be sophomores or juniors who are:
- In excellent academic standing at their university and maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA.
- Working toward a finance-related major or concentration, including but not limited to finance, accounting, financial planning, economics, or general business.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Excellent communicators (written, spoken, and presenting communication skills).
