After I graduated from Illinois State University, I initially began my career as an insurance broker. I then transitioned into the financial field, obtained both my Series 7 and Series 66, and became an Investment Advisor. My passion for financial planning led to my decision to continue my career path at DVI.

What are the values that drive you in your professional and personal life?

Faith and integrity. I believe in always doing the right thing and treating others with respect and compassion. My Christian values and personal integrity impact my daily life both personally and professionally.

What is your favorite thing about DVI and/or the surrounding area?

I love being part of a positive work environment where the people I work with are genuine and kind. They truly care about their clients and their work.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Playing tennis, cooking, watching football, boating, and fishing with my family.

Our founder, David Vaughan, created DVI over 45 years ago with an instinctive fiduciary mindset. He wanted to help his neighbors and community members grow and protect the financial success they had achieved in their lives. By building trust, he built a business that has grown in size and services. Today, we carry David's legacy forward with more comprehensive offerings to serve the ever-changing needs of our clients in Central IL and Central FL.
